Data Collection and Use

The Extension does not store or transmit any user data. It operates locally within your browser to perform the following:

• Extracts schedule data (e.g., time slots and activities like "Prep Time") from the NICE main page's table.
• Formats the schedule into an ICS file (e.g., "NICE-2025-04-22.ics") with 5-minute reminders in-memory.
• Downloads the ICS file to your device using the browser's downloads API for calendar import.

No data is saved, logged, or sent to any external servers. The Extension only processes the schedule table's text temporarily in-memory to fulfill its purpose.

Permissions

The Extension uses the following permissions to function:

• activeTab: To access the current tab and extract the schedule when you click the Extension icon.
• downloads: To save the generated ICS file to your device.
• scripting: To inject scripts into NICE pages to locate and extract the schedule table.
• host_permissions ("*://*.nicecloudsvc.com/*"): To identify NICE main pages and provide appropriate notifications on unsupported pages.

These permissions are used solely to enable the Extension's functionality and do not involve collecting or storing any user data.

Types of Data Not Collected

We do not collect or process:

• Personally identifiable information (e.g., name, email, address).
• Health, financial, or authentication information.
• Personal communications, location, web history, or user activity.
• Any website content beyond the schedule table's text (e.g., no images, videos, or hyperlinks).
