1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to shorten URLs, manage links, and track analytics, subject to these Terms.

You must not use the Service for illegal activities, spam, or to distribute malware.
You are responsible for the content of your shortened URLs.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

To access premium features, you must create an account and may subscribe via Stripe.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and managed through Stripe.
No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by ittle.co. You retain ownership of your URLs but grant us a license to use them as necessary to provide the Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Interruptions or errors in the Service.
Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

5. Termination

We may terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you via email or the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nebraska USA.
